How Have Sound Healing came Into My Life?

After experiencing my first sound healing, for the first time in years, i felt energy flowing into places in my body that had long been numb. I felt the vibrations of love, harmony, and hope. Through sound, I began to experience visions, healing, and a deep sense of belonging. Sound became my language—one that speaks beyond words, wrapping life in a blanket of comfort, protection, and joy.

After years of confusion and feeling overwhelmed as a result of severe childhood trauma, I began to experience clarity and inner joy. Today, I walk the path of a Creative Sound Medicine Woman. I hold sacred spaces for healing through vibrational frequencies, weaving together crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, my intuitive voice, and other sacred instruments. In each session, I gently guide participants into deep states of inner peace that calm the nervous system, open the heart, and awaken the soul. Above all, my work is about creating safe space for others to open their hearts and return to the harmony within themselves.
