how did Taia healing Practices came into my life?

When I was 35  I went through an experience that helped me learn  that I wasn't crazy and damaged. The inaccurate state of my mind was the overwhelming impact of the trauma I experienced during early childhood and even in the womb.


At that moment something within me awakened and I devoted myself to seeking, learning, and transforming.  These powerful practices has guided me to live fully from my heart and embody the highest version of myself.  Helped me to heal, ground, and expand my consciousness.


 Now I share these practices with others and create sacred spaces for self-discovery and deep healing.
